Zen Hot Stone Massage

Stones are placed on both sides of your core to warm your body from the center out, then the rest is massaged with the smooth, heated lava stones to relax, rejuvenate, and melt away stress from your mind and your muscles. Cold stones are used on the face as a refreshing contrast.

Zen Thai-Yoga Massage

To restore energy (chi) and balance in the body. Touching the nervous, respiratory and digestive systems by using meditative, rhythmic compressions to the body on a floor mat. Client is dressed in loose clothing as the therapist uses assisted stretching techniques. Positive results are unlimited.

Zen Aromatherapy Massage

Therapeutic massage designed to compliment the oils you choose to meet your specific needs to relax or revitalize. Choose between the current combinations of the season, or one specific essential oil of your choosing.

Zen Reflexology

Targeted massage to the hands and/or feet to correspond with all other areas of the body. Used to identify problem areas of the entire body, which are connected to the feet. Restores relaxation and balance throughout all systems.

Zen Reflexology, Foot bath and Massage

Prior to reflexology treatment, client receives a shoulder massage and relaxing warm, massaging foot bath, adding essential oils of their choice.
